Can you lend a hand?

Many hands make light work...can you lend a hand during the course of the Conference?
If you have experience of attending a District Conference, you will be familiar with the need during the event for some helpers - moving tables and chairs, packing flags, providing directions...all manner of tasks best undertaken with godd ol' manpower (person power?).
