Deadline Extended to 5pm, 5th March 2013.

This year as part of the 50th Anniversary of interact, and to bring Interact to our District Conference and to support Interactors, District Governor Rebecca has established an Interact Essay Competition. The Rotary 4 Way Test is important to Rotarians and guides us in the way we lead our lives. The title of this year’s essay is:

"The Rotary 4-Way Test and what effect it can have on your life; how does, could or should the Rotary 4-Way test apply to your life?“

There is a first prize of $500, a second prize of $300 and a third prize of $200. All three prize winners will be guests of District 5040 at our District Conference in Quesnel in May. Please encourage all Interactors to take part in this competition. The closing date is February 15th.

A poster which can be used to advertise the competition is available and can be obtained by clicking on the Essay Competition Poster here or the link on the side of this article.

The rules for the competition and how the essays will be judged can be obtained by clicking on the Essay Contest Rules here or the link on the side of this article.

At the District Interact Leadership Assembly which was held at the Burnaby South Secondary School and was hosted by the Burnaby South Interactors one of the presentations was about the importance of making ethical decisions in our lives and the importance of the Rotary 4 Way Test.
