Richmond Sunset Winterwonderland

As part of Polio fundraiser, Richmond's Sunset Rotary is sponsoring Winter Wonderland which involves the elaborate decorating of 30 trees around Richmond city hall. Each tree is sponsored to the tune of $1,500.
