Boys who DARE

Rotary Club of Vancouver Sunrise led the establishment of a youth leadership, life skills and mentorship program, “Boys Who DARE”, to promote positive peace, conflict resolution and community development, given the recent sharp increase in gang and community violence in the three Vancouver communities.
