It's time to place some attention on one of Rotary's amazing programs - Rotary Peace Fellowship.
 

Our district have been successful in identifying outstanding individuals, most of whom were successful in receiving either the  Masters degree program or the Professional Certificate program.

Thank you to all clubs who has made this part of your plans and have begun to look for eligible candidates.  Rotary Clubs of Ladner, Royal City and Whistler Millennium have interested candidates.  Way to Go!

District 5040 Candidates Review:
Candidates are reviewed at 3 levels - Club level, District level and World level.
Endorsement at club level is required before application is submitted to the District for district level review.  Endorsement at District level is required before it is submitted to the World level.

District 5040 screening process in sequential order:
1. Interested applicants must self screen for eligibility before approaching a Rotary Club
2. Interested applicants approach a Rotary club
3. Rotary club’s committee will screen for eligibility and determine if the club will endorse the candidate
4. If the club screens and endorses the candidate, the candidate is instructed to fill in the 2017 application form and obtain club president’s signature for endorsement
5. The filled in application form as a PDF file with all required documentation are to be emailed as a complete attachment and email to gloria@peaksuccesscoaching.com by April 8, 2016.  Applicant will then be contacted for a District interview in May. 
6. If the district endorses the applicant, then the applicant will be instructed to go online to submit the application for World Level Review
7. District endorsed applicant will be notified  in November about results of World level review.

3. If you meet the requirements, find a local club closest to your permanent resident address.


4. Contact club and ask about their club’s application process. 

5. If the club endorses you, gather all the required materials noted in the application form.  Do not go online to fill in the application form until you are instructed to do so.  Instead complete the editable PDF version of the application form.  Refer to Tip Sheet.

Gather all required documentation inducing club endorsed form, compile into one file and email to Gloria@peaksuccesscoasching.com no later than April 8, 2016.


6. You will be notified to attend an in person interview in New Westminster in May.


7.  If the district selection committee endorses you, you will then be asked to complete the online application
