District 5040 Recognised for PolioPlus Contributions

District 5040 was honoured by RI President John Germ for being the District with the largest contribution to Polio Plus in the 2015-16 Rotary year.  PDG John Anderson accepted the award on behalf of our District at the Zone Institute in Winnipeg.
