Membership growth is important and retention is dependent on the quality of Rotary clubs. Clubs with good leadership are more likely to involve their members in exciting service activities and programs helping maintain them and attract new ones.

The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) courses are fun, topical and interactive for busy business, professional and community leaders who want to be more effective leaders in their vocation and their Rotary club. It’s also a chance to learn more about Rotary so all members are encouraged to participate. Register for Parts 1 and 2 of the three-part RLI series of fast-paced, interactive, one-day courses on Saturday, April 13th, at the Accent Inn in Burnaby. -- photos by Chris Offer

Attendees return to their club from RLI with enthusiasm, new contacts, fresh ideas, an increased understanding of their potential as Rotarians and valuable skills impacting their engagement in community and international service projects and possible club leadership.

This quality training and educational experience is a chance to share your knowledge and experience with fellow Rotarians in other clubs and to learn from them. RLI is a great opportunity for fellowship, to make friends and have fun while learning together.
