RLI Seminar a Success

PDG Rebecca MacPherson, District RLI chair thanked all the Rotarians for giving up weekend to learn more about Rotary and look for new approaches to expand the service their clubs give to the community and new ways to involve Rotarians in club activities.
RLI Part 1 topics included:
- Insights into Leadership
- My Rotary World
- Engaging Members
- Our Foundation
- Ethics – Vocational Service
- Service Projects
RLI Part 2 topics included:
- Strategic Planning & Analysis
- Targeted Service
- Club Communications
- Team Building
- Making a Difference - The Rotary Foundation
- Membership Attraction
RLI is based on facilitated learning. There are no lectures, rather the training leaders lead discussions on the topics and use a variety of small groups to exchange ideas and strategies about Rotary and clubs. The seminars rely on the professional experience of the participants.
