Rotarians have been investigating the late January early February 2019 Rotary Friendship Exchange (RFE) to the Philippines and are preparing to sign up. There is the option of a two week visit, or three week visit. 2019 will be a special centennial year for Rotary in the Philippines so RFE travellers could experience some special celebrations.
