RLI offers sessions on Rotary that include both the basics and beyond the basics. It increases your Rotary knowledge and enriches your experiences so that you can become a more active Rotarian, meet more like-minded people and embrace our motto Service Above Self.
The Rotary Leadership Institute is an opportunity to learn more about Rotary and hone your leadership skills. It’s grass roots program, run by Rotarians from across the District who are trained to be facilitators.
An aim of Rotary is to Engage, Educate and Empower its members and with topics like leadership characteristics, effective committees, communications and public relations, future club leaders are prepared for their club and community leadership roles through a quality training and educational experience.
